I went to Madison tonight to see The Apples In Stereo. Midway through the show their frontman, Robert Schneider, indie rock God in my eyes, leans out over the edge of the stage, taps me, and says "Hey, man. Is my guitar too loud?"
Yeah. I guess you could say I had a pretty good spot for the show.
Now go listen to some Apples, would you? |

Heh, awesome.
Did you pass out?
Well, I thought about it ;)
Wow. That must have been cool.
BTW, still freakin' snowing here!!!!
Stop it with the taunting. Right when a man's feeling happy you need to bring him down, don't you?
;)
But I'm not happy about the snow. It's a curse, it is! :(
They're great! I'll have to look for them on iTunes.
Sweet! I'm glad to have made your introduction. I love their music. Robert fronts like 4 other bands as well, so once you get into the Apples, it's really easy to get hooked on his other projects too.
Enjoy :D
i have heard of Apples in stereo alot. i dont think i ever looked into them .thanks for suggesting i do so. keep being a music pusher.
best lyric i heard in a long time (not related to apples at all...) "your daddy must be a dealer, coz you're dope" i laffed soo much..hahahahahah.
Yeah, definitely check them out. Their older stuff is very good too.
And in my other post I mentioned Casper & The Cookies. Check them out too.
I'm done pimpin' tunes for now, but I'll give you more some day soon :) | |
